Personal Ecology is a patented metaphor based model of personal behaviors which has been developed over a number of years through research at Oxford University. The Personal Ecology Profile (PEP) is a personality assessment tool based on metaphor principles. It has been used in a number of consultancy assignments across the UK in small and large organisations.

PEP Lite is a new version of the original PEP report introduced in Sep 2006 specifically tailored for the corporate coaching market and supported by Red Rocks Consulting. Red Rocks Consulting have an exclusive licence to provide and support PEP Lite.
