Jenny Johnson

Jenny Johnson is qualified as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD), as well as holding a Certificate and Diploma in Coaching. She worked for 13 years for a large recruitment company, holding various roles there, latterly being responsible for the e-learning strategy in Europe and, prior to this, being Head of Training and Development and Recruitment Manager. She is a qualified football coach and is currently learning to play golf!

John Grieves

John Grieves has over 20 years Management Development experience working for three Multi-National Companies. John has worked as an ex-patriate manager in the Middle East and the USA for 6 of the 20 years with Unilever.  One of his last roles was that of Continuous Improvement Leader responsible for cultural change across a business of 22,000 employees in the US.

John has held Managerial and Director roles handling projects pursed at + £25m as well as having been responsible for up to 600 staff. He is now focused on developing people and helping organisations achieve performance improvement.

Shaun Hotchkiss

Shaun's philosophy is to "practise" and as such is committed to the coaching concepts of performance and development in the workplace. His first degree is in Environmental Health (Greenwich University) and whilst developing and directing a national consultancy, studied strategy and organisational systems modules of Redding University's MBA program.

Having completed the Post Graduate Certificate and Diploma in Integrative Psychotherapy he is currently in the research stage of a Masters in Integrative Psychotherapy at Birmingham University as well as Post Graduate study of Neuro-Linguistic Programming for therapy.
